The short version
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address, or any other personal detail.
- Your saved games stay on your device. We do not upload them or read them.
- The free Android app shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads use device identifiers, which is why the app asks for your consent where the law requires it.
- A one-time purchase removes the ads. Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card details.
- We do not sell personal information, and there is nothing in this game aimed at children.
This policy is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at the address at the bottom and we will explain it.
What the game stores on your device
Your progress, your settings, the endings you have reached and a flag recording whether you bought Remove ads are stored locally — in browser storage on the web, and in app storage on Android. None of it leaves your device through anything we operate.
To erase it: delete the app, clear the site data in your browser, or use Erase save & restart inside the game.
What third parties collect
The game itself has no server of its own and collects nothing. The services below run inside it and collect limited technical data under their own policies. We have configured each to collect as little as it allows.
Google AdMob — Android app only
AdMob serves the interstitial ads and the one optional rewarded video. To do that it collects your advertising ID, an approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region level, not GPS), ad interaction data and diagnostics, and shares them with advertising partners to select and measure ads and to detect fraud.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. In regions with consent laws the app shows Google's consent form before any personalised ad is requested, and you may decline. Buying Remove ads stops all ad requests. See Google's policy.
RevenueCat — Android app only
RevenueCat records the purchase so it can be restored on a reinstall or a new phone. It receives a random anonymous identifier it generates itself and the Google Play purchase receipt. That identifier is not linked to you as a person and we never connect it to a name or an email address. See RevenueCat's policy.
Google Play Billing — Android app only
The payment happens entirely inside Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred. We never see your card number, billing address or any payment credential.
Analytics — there are none
The app contains no analytics library. Nothing records how you play, how long you play, or how far you get. An earlier browser build of this game did load Firebase Analytics; that build has been retired and the Android app never included it.
Fonts and other assets
Typefaces, artwork and the game's writing all ship inside the app. It makes no request to a font server or a content delivery network.

Everything else — your name, email, address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, messages, audio, health data, calendar, precise location, search history and browsing history — is not collected. All of the above travels encrypted in transit.
Your choices and rights
- Stop ad tracking: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, decline the consent form where it is shown, or buy Remove ads.
- Delete everything we hold on your device: uninstall the app or clear the browser's site data. Because we operate no server and hold no account, that removes your data entirely.
- Ask about third-party data: data held by Google or RevenueCat is subject to their own policies; we will help you reach the right place if you write to us.
- If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or another region with statutory data rights, you may exercise them by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Syndicate Boss is a work of fiction containing crime themes, implied violence and references to gambling and narcotics. It is rated for teens and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through this game, contact us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app's release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised policy.
