Something's wrong in a game
Tell us which game it is, what you were doing when it went wrong, and what phone you're using. A screenshot helps a lot.
A purchase didn't work
Payments go through Google Play, so we never see your card details, and refunds are handled by Google.
If you paid and the game still shows ads or locked chapters, email us with the name of the game and roughly when you bought it.
Privacy and your data
None of our games ask for an account, and your saves stay on your phone. Each game has its own policy that explains what the ads collect.
Press and video makers
If you're writing about one of the games or making a video and need images or more information, just ask. The same goes for anything else.
